RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your purchase. 

But if for any reason you do need to return something to us, send your item back within SEVEN (7) days of receiving the product. To do so, kindly email – info@untamedbeauty.co.ke and a customer care representative will contact you.

Damaged Items

If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number with the subject line: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items not received

If you have not received your full order, please contact us at info@untamedbeauty.co.ke with the subject line: MISSING ITEM along with your order number. Please note cases should be reported within 7 days of receiving your order so we can investigate this fully, after this timeframe cases may no longer be eligible for review.

Please note: 

All items must be accompanied by original receipt, date and amount of purchase must be validated in our system. The product must either be defective, unused and in original condition. Customer identification maybe required.

After a keen inspection by our team, you will be contacted by one of our customer care officers to inform on the status.

Return Approval 

If approved, please allow 3-­5 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email or phone number listed on your account when your order was placed.

We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase.

NB: Refunds will be made for purchases made direct from our website/ E-Commerce store only.
